This month-long fitness event is designed to encourage participants to kickstart their days with a protein-packed breakfast to fuel their bodies and support their fitness goals. Whether you're a trying to get stronger, improve overall fitness, lower bodyfat, or just looking to adopt a healthier lifestyle, this challenge is perfect for you.

Challenge Duration: The challenge takes place throughout the entire month of October, allowing participants to develop a consistent habit of consuming 30-50g of protein at breakfast.

Objective: The primary goal of the challenge is to consume a breakfast that includes a minimum of 30-50g of protein. Adequate protein intake in the morning can help with muscle recovery, increased satiety, and better overall energy levels throughout the day.

How to Participate:

  1. Registration: Sign up for the challenge through adding yourself to the Facebook group. Registration opens in advance to allow participants to prepare and plan for the challenge.

  2. Meal Planning: We'll provide you with a variety of protein-rich breakfast ideas and recipes. You'll receive a PDF download booklet explaining the challenge, meal planning guides and tips to help you create balanced, delicious breakfasts that meet the protein target.

  3. Track Your Progress: Use the 'MyFitnessPal' tracking tool to log your daily breakfast and protein intake. This helps you stay accountable and visualise your progress over the course of the challenge.

  4. Community Support: Join the private facebook group dedicated to the challenge. Share your breakfast creations, exchange tips, and engage with fellow members. Motivate each other and celebrate your successes together.

  5. Weekly Challenges: Throughout the month, we'll introduce weekly mini-challenges related to breakfast and protein intake. These challenges will keep things exciting and provide additional opportunities to earn rewards.
