We Completed A Marathon For Charity…

For the past few years, we’ve kicked the new year off with a big charity event!

Our members come together, no matter their training experience and capabilities and use their fitness for a good cause. To raise money for a charity.

This year, on Sunday 4th Feb, the members decided to run a marathon in teams of 4-5 to raise money and support the local Bromsgrove charity - The Basement Project. We managed to raise £850. The Basement Project told us that this money would proved around 30 hours if support for young people!

These events are always so much fun with lots of smiles, laughter and fitness on show.

Fitness on its own is great. It’s even better when you can use it for something bigger than yourself.

People first. Fitness second.
